Hot Take: Candidates have every right to $hit on recruiters (in general).
Overall, we have been doing them a disservice. And could certainly do better.
Even with all the AI-crap flooding our pipelines and making our day-to-day that much harder! It's about taking that extra second to put yourself in a candidate's shoes and think about how you would want to be treated!
👉 But instead of throwing so much hate and shade, let's throw some FLOWERS! 🌸
There are certainly a lot of bad recruiters out there who spoil the bunch, but SO many work tirelessly to serve their candidates, clients, and companies and make the TA process as good as possible.
These are the real ones who step UP and lead by example!
