Natural
Adam is a natural host.
He goes with the flow of the conversation instead of sticking to rigid questions and an agenda.
The conversations are ones that real people have and are interested in.
He’s also got a sense of humor ;)

If your not listening to the PozCast...
your missing out on the opportunity to grow & develop.
Now 20+ podcasts in, Adam’s podcast is one of my go to weekly listens. I’m hooked the minute the beat starts through the North Star of the guests.
For me what’s striking in the authentic interest in the guest, their story & what makes them tick that’s fascinating but more importantly it’s how Adam engages with his guests as if he is an extension of his audience. I find myself at times going, I would ask...wait he just did.
The caliber of guests is on point & the tenacity insight that Adam naturally gains from those guests is inspiring.
I guess at this point I might just consider myself part of his tribe. Not sure if there is like an initiation or if he’ll have me but nonetheless I’ll continue to listen, learn & evolve!
And just for kicks, certainly spoiling this if I ever have the honor to be a guest, my North Star...my son.
In case I wasn’t clear a must listen podcast!!!

Adam, great interview with Joel! To be honest it’s the first podcast I’ve ever listened too in its entirety. I knew about pockets of Joel’s career via social media, you definitely made it a clearer picture for me.

It’s nice to hear something real...
Industry #podcast‘s are everywhere. Some are awesome and others..., others are filled with platitudes, jargon and conventional wisdom that is often redundant; many of those talks lack meaning and substance. They can feel at times, like they’re disconnected from the practical challenges humans face day-to-day within their personal work and shared work culture. This session is anything but that. It’s practical, grounded and useful information. It’s the anthesis of listical-type content on HR and culture. I’m fortunate to have work with Jamal (Jay) Salim so I can vouch for how “real” this human being is; if you’re interested in evolving your companies culture, listen to Jay share his experiences building Laundry Service (adage top 10, twice); and now tuning and scaling Complex Media’s culture.

Adam is so unique, you won't be disappointed
As a recruiter interviewing leaders, HR, public figures, you name it...he has such a unique POV on how his work/life experience relates to his guests. His line of questioning is unlike others that I have heard. Not only is he smart and personable, but upbeat and pulls you in. I always leave feeling as if I have learned something new about the workplace, hiring, workplace behavior, you name it.
