If you do not respect my time, you do not respect me.

Personally and professionally.

I dont give a $hit about cold brew on tap, pizza parties, even a wfh stipend: nice perks, sure. But they’re not culture.

Culture is:

👉 Do I feel respected?
👉 Do I feel my time is respected?
👉 Do I feel valued?
👉 Do I see a clear path forward here?

That’s the cornerstone.

When leaders respect their employees’ time, it signals trust, clarity, and value.

And when people feel that? They want to stay.

They want to contribute. They want to grow.

Perks fade. Respect lasts.

What do you think?
👉 Is “time respect” the most overlooked ingredient in workplace culture?
