There is really only one way to describe RecFest USA...
IT WAS A VIBE!
It took me a bit of time to capture all of my thoughts into one recap video and I am 100% confident that you will catch the vibe!
Sure, we had plenty of TA -tech shop talk, but my sweet spot on #thePOZcast#thePOZcast is unpacking the human journey of the pro's in our space.
→ Because at the end of the day, that's who we are: humans helping other humans find careers that empower them to be their best.
I truly believe that in the very near future, that all of the new tech that is out there will actually help us (good) recruiters have more time for the human connections that power the TA process.
And at the core of that process is relationships.
And the core of the stories I share from RecFest are my relationships with so many old friends and new ones that I met in Nashville.
