What is the "no job tall, or too small" mindset?
It means that as a leader, you are not just willing to do anything within a company but do it.
By practicing what you preach, you show your team what a real "team effort" looks like.
It can be as mundane as helping move boxes or fold promotional t-shirts. Now, I'm not saying that you need to do this all the time, but showing that you can roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your team goes a long way in setting an exemplary leadership example.
